Function Centres for Sale in Hervey Bay, QLD

WELL ESTABLISHED RESTAURANT WITH SEPARATE FUNCTION ROOM AND BAR IS THE BEST ON THE COAST. PRIME LOCATION OPPOSITE THE BEACH. THE SETUP IS SECOND TO NONE.
* Rated No1 in Hervey Bay, with food that is consistently exceptional.
* Almost new equipment and decor.
* The lease in place is the best I have seen for a very long time.
* An impressive dual level 160 seat venue showcasing a beautifully appointed ground floor restaurant and an elegant, self contained function level above. The upper level features its own private bar and can seamlessly operate as extended dining space, offering a refined and elevated experience on a Friday and Saturday evening.
* Current owners work Chef x 40 hours per week, Wife 17 hours per week, front of house and includes book work and paying invoices
* With the profits shown this could be run under management.

* Prime location opposite the beach with views of the water
* The function room is so well set up you can sublease as an entirely different business. Thus subsidizing the rent on the Restaurant
* Well over seven figures in turnover, and showing exceptional profits.
* This business has only begun to tap its full potential. Expanding the use of the upstairs function room could significantly elevate revenue, while extending dining availability, opening additional days, or introducing new offeringssuch as breakfast service or delivery platforms like Uber Eatswould further enhance growth opportunities, the sky's the limit
* Chef Owners willing to train for 3 months by negotiation to ensure a smooth transition to new owners if required.
* Currently Italian & Seafood done to a very high standard.
